HIghly recommended that the mother of the 2 be tested for the most conclusive results of the origination of genes by each parent. Testing also provided to compare 2 people's DNA with the DNA of 2 different mothers to determine if they share the same father. Both mothers should be tested to provide the most conclusive results. Best determined by using undisputed siblings DNA compared with each of the mothers. This test includes a swab for 2 alleged siblings and 1 mother.
